| 摘 要： | 高溢价发行和国有股不能流通,是形成我国上市公司畸形股权结构的根源。因此,必须正本清源,对国有股以社会公众股的购买成本进行缩股,在此基础上实现国有股的流通。

| Abstract: | Overflow high,price publishing and state -owned share can not be circula ted ,is to form our country to appear o n the market,the source of company' s lopsided equity structure.Therefore must radically reform ,for state-owned share with the social share of the public purchase cost draw back share,on this foundation,realize t he circulation of state -owned share. |
