当代政治哲学视野中能力理念的基本内涵及其实质

文章阐述了能力理念的基本内涵，认为能力是具有一定素质的人为寻求自身全面自由的发展而从事现实的对象性活动的内在可能性和实际本领，是主体人的内在本质的外化和体现。能力理念的本质是寻求每个现实的社会个体自身的自由全面发展。当代能力理念的实质是消解权力至上带来的社会不公正，寻求真正社会公正的现实努力。在当代中国社会能力理念是针对权力本位造成的不公正而提出来的一种强调权利、机会、规则、尺度和“回报”公正的理念。

The Basic Connotation of the Concept of Capability from the Angle of Contemporary Philosophy and Its Essence

This paper studies the basic content of ability, the quality of the human freedom to seek their own comprehensive engagement in the development of realistic targets and the demonstration of their practical skills.. The essential concept is the ability of each individual to seek the social reality of its own free and comprehensive development. The ability of contemporary philosophy, in essence, is the supremacy of power digestion of the social injustice and seek genuine social justice to the reality. In contemporary China it is the concept of social ability-based power against the unjust and puts an emphasis to the powers, opportunities, rules, standards and ＂returns＂ just ideas.
