| Abstract: | The law consciousness and concept of the civil servant affect and decide directly the attitude of the administration according to the law.To adapt to the administration according to the law,the civil servant in the new time should cultivate law consciousness and concept of the abiding by the constitution,the paramount law,and administration according to the law,democracy and equality and so on. |
