| Abstract: | The innovation of working mechanism of collegiate students' ideological and political education includes the innovation of managing mechanism, educational mechanism, ensuring mechanism, evaluating mechanism, encouraging mechanism and inspecting mechanism. Innovation need practice and exploration, for this reason we should free ourselves from old ideas and boldly create a new situation. |
