土地整理过程中宏观调控法律问题研究

土地整理是现代土地利用制度的重要内容。我国虽已大规模地开展土地整理工作 ,但没有形成详细的法律规范。本文从宏观调控法律角度分析了土地整理关系中若干问题 ,并提出了完善土地整理法律制度及自然资源法律制度的具体建议 ,包括宏观调控法律规范的选择、计划调控手段、土地整理中生态法律保护一体化问题

On the Macro- Regulation Legal Issues in Land Arrangement

Land arrangement is an important issue of modern land utility system. Although China has begun to do land arrangement at large scale, but relative law has not been made yet. This article analyses Severd issues in land arranging relation from the standpoint of macro-control law, proposes concrete suggestions in relate to the perfection of land arranging law.
