摘    要:在干部人事工作中,干部的选拔任用和管理环节都不同程度地存在着信息不对称问题,其根源在于所谓的“私域困境”以及工作机制滞后、方法简单、人手不足、能力有限、制度程序不完善等方面。对此,应树立科学的干部人事工作理念,改进、创新干部考察制度和办法,以解决干部人事工作信息不对称问题。

Abstract:During cadre personnel work,there exist information dissymmetry problems to various degrees involved in the links of the staff's selection,appointment and management.These problems are rooted in the so-called "private domain predicament" and other aspects such as the lag of mechanism,simplicity of means,being short-handed,limitation of capability,imperfection of procedures,etc. Solutions include setting up scientific personnel work principle,improving and renovating the examination method and system,work well and carefully at the work,and so on.
