民族地区高等师范院校面临的问题及其对策研究

民族地区高等师范院校面临办学理念的正确确立和一以贯之存在困难、教育资源短缺、投入严重不足、学科专业结构不尽合理、培养层次单一、生源质量不高、毕业生就业难度大、稳定和吸引人才困难、管理体制不适应发展需要等问题。本文提出这些问题 ,并给出相应的对策建议。

Problems that Teachers Colleges in the Minority Areas are Confronted with and Some Solutions to Them

Teachers colleges in the minority areas are confronted with the correct establishment of notions on college management,along with the problems of lack of educational resources,seriously insufficient investment,improper structure of subjects,singleness of training levels,poor quality of students recruited,difficulty of student job attainment,hardness of stabilizing and alluring talented people,management systems that do not adapt well to the need of development,etc. This paper just sets forth ideas for some relative solutions to these problems.
