| 摘 要： | 环境群体性事件基本都是长期积累或者是政府盲目招商引资,引进来的高污染企业造成环境污染,令群众不满而形成的。加上群众的维权时常得不到保障,于是采取极端的方式寻找问题的解决。应该正确认识环境群体性事件的特点和产生原因,充分重视和积极加以预防,加强生态文明建设。

| Abstract: | Highly polluting enterprises blindly introduced by governments bring about environmental pollutions and the public are dissatisfied with it, which result in environment -related mass incidents. In addition, because public are not guaranteed when safeguarding their legal rights, they take some extreme ways to find solutions. We shall have a correct understanding of the characteristics and causes of mass incidents caused by environmental pollution and fully focus on prevention to strengthen construction of ecological civilization. |
