| 摘 要： | 家庭暴力危及家庭和社会的安宁与幸福,我国反家庭暴力的法律框架基本形成,但对家庭暴力的法律规制不尽完善.在我国的<反家庭暴力法>未出台的情况下,现实的选择是努力完善现有的法律法规,构筑反家庭暴力的社会救助体系.

| Abstract: | Family violence is a threat to the welfare of both families and the society.In China,the basic frame of anti-family violence laws has come into being, but the system of anti-family violence laws and regulations is not very complete. Under the situation of having no Anti-Family Violence Law, we have no choice but to complete the current laws and regulations to build up the social assistance system. |
