| Abstract: | There exits different opinions on whether the kernel conceptual relation of jurisprudence is the right-liability relation or the right-power relation. From the angle of comparative law, the author not only inquiries into the intrinsic reasons which lead to their existence and the logical connections between the right-liability relation and right-power relation, but also evaluates different opinions. At last, it is concluded that the above two are not united but co-existent. |
