日本的劳动法律与工会参与

摘    要:日本劳动关系趋向稳定 ,主要是由于日本有关劳资关系、劳动条件、保障就业、男女平等就业、劳动福利等方面的劳动法律日益健全。通过多次斗争 ,日本工会获得通过审议会等途径参与制订法律法规的权利。为保证工会参与的质量和效果 ,日本工会十分重视理论政策研究。这启示我们 :工会要积极推动有利于劳动法律、法规和政策正确形成、及时出台的科学机制 ,如建立劳动关系三方协调委员会等 ;要切实加强工会理论政策研究工作 ,并大力培育优秀的工会政治家、理论家和专门人才。

Abstract:Industrial relations in Japan trend to stability because Japanese labor legislation with regard to industrial relations, working conditions, employment protection, equal remuneration for men and women workers for work of equal value and social security are increasingly perfecting through Japanese workers' struggle The Japanese trade unions have the right to participate in formulating laws and rules through parliament In order to get good effects and results, Japanese trade unions pay great attention to theory and policy research This inspires us that trade unions should promote a scientific mechanism of forming labor laws and rules and policies, such as establishing a tripartite consultation committee and so on Trade unions should strengthen theory and policy research and train excellent politicians, theoreticians and specialists for themselves
