| Abstract: | The features of the ten cases of killing family members in a certain county in Western Hunan Province from 1999 to 2000 are mostly crimes committed by the people who were seriously sentimental.The causes are that the situation of rural economy is not so good;grassroot organization work is not very effective;the concept of traditional morality is weakening;the idea of legality has not been inseminated into farmers' life and thought,etc. |
