处置大型突发事件对策分析

大型突发事件的发生严重破坏公共安全和社会正常秩序,危及人民群众的生命财产安全,具有存在的可能性、发生的突然性、参与人的多数性、因果关系的复杂性等特点。目前执法人员,在处置此类事件时存在指挥不灵、方法不当等问题,因此应从加强指挥、提高处置能力和战术水平等环节入手降低各类大型突发事件的发生。

An Analysis of Countermeasures of Handling Large Abrupt Events

The occurrence of large abrupt events seriously affects public security and normal social order and endangers people's life and property safety. At present, there exists problem of ineffective commanding and improper methods and so on among the law-enforcement staff when they handle such events. Therefore great emphasis should be put on strengthening commanding and improving handling ability and tactical level to reduce the occurrence of large abrupt events.
