| Abstract: | In order to conform to the general trend of rejuvenating China by relying on science and education,to bring about a qualitative leap of civil administration and to work out solution for diffecult issues, vitalization should be taken as the guarantee and motive force for the brilliance of civil administration.This paper approaches the basic contents and the ways of implenentation of vitalizing civil administration by relying on science and education. |
