This paper thinks that first of all, we should decide on the key project of foreign-investment and go on carrying out incentive foreign-investment policy and pay close attention to the invisible competition in the introduction of foreign capital in order to attract foreign businessman to go in for the readjustment of the industrial structure in Guangxi.
