| 摘 要： | 本文从不动产征收的法律依据，公共利益的界定问题对中国、越南、老挝、泰国等国的不动产征收制度进行了较全面的比较分析，得出相似点和差异性。针对当前中国不动产征收制度存在的主要缺陷和弊端，并结合其他国家不动产征收的有益经验，提出完善不动产征收制度的建议。

| Abstract: | This article from the real estate levied on a legal basis for the definition of public interest issue to China, Vietnam, Laos, Thailand and other countries of the real estate levy system for a more comprehensive comparative analysis, to draw similarities and differences. China＇s real estate levy for the current system＇ s main shortcomings and defects, and in combination with other national real estate collection of useful experience, put forward a sound real estate levy system. In combination with other countries, a useful collection of real estate experience, put forward a sound real estate levy system. |
