| 摘 要： | 执政党建设和参政党建设是互动的。中共党建取得了丰硕成果并积累了丰富经验。参政党建设却较为薄弱。执政党要对参政党建设加以引导和示范，在建设方向上指引，在建设内容上指导，在建设经验上示范，在建设方法上引导，并正确处理好几个关系，从而巩固和发展多党合作事业。
