领导工作是影响或引导个人或团体在一定条件下去实现一定目标的行为过程。这种行为过程是一个复杂的系统。第一是观念决定成败;第二是细节决定成败;第三是赢在领导;第四是赢在执行;第五是赢在和谐。"观念"与"领导"处于系统的高层(或叫宏观层);"执行"与"细节"处于系统的基层(或叫微观层);而"和谐"处于系统的每一个环节。由此,形成了领导成功方略的有机系统。
