| Abstract: | The agglomeration effect of industrial cluster can promote ability of integrating various resource elements and overcome the defect of weak ability in carrying on developed area's industry transfer in Ningxia.Carrying on industry transfer of eastern areas will be realized through the prior industrial development with self-selection according to Ningxia's actual situation. |
