| Abstract: | Marxist philosophy is both worldview and methodology for the proletariat. Philosophical mentality is indispensable. Studying philosophy benefits for one＇ s whole life. Attentions should be paid to master the basic philosophical views relevant to leadership work. Materialistic dialectics should be implemented to every aspect of leadership work and process. |
