| 摘 要： | 科学维权揭示了工会维权的本质属性和基本规律,规定了工会维权的基本方向。实现科学维权,要牢固树立科学的维权观,积极建构科学的维权机制,并采取科学的维权方法进行科学维权。科学维权是一个不断扬弃的过程,这一过程是通过维权创新实现的。

| Abstract: | To scientific safeguard workers rights unveils the essential attribute and basic rules of the safeguarding function of trade union.In order to realize scientific safeguarding rights,we should build up the conception and mechanism of safeguarding rights,and adopt scientific methods.Scientific safeguarding rights is a process of continuously develop the useful and discard the useless.It should be realized through innovation. |
