家庭暴力问题是当前社会的热点问题。家庭暴力中的女性犯罪更是值得关注的问题。湖南省 1997年至 2 0 0 0年女性家庭暴力犯罪人数呈上升趋势 ,犯罪手段残忍 ,性质恶劣 ,女性化特征明显。犯罪动因复杂 ,夫妻感情不和、家庭经济纠纷、生活琐事、第三者插足等等因素交织在一起。她们的犯罪 ,对社会造成了严重的危害 ,给亲人带来了心灵上无法愈合的创伤。女性家庭暴力犯罪应该引起全社会的高度重视

Research and Analysis on Female Offense Within Family Violence in Hunan

Family violence is a hot issue in the modern society,within which female offense is more worthy of concern.From 1997 to 2000 women committed such crime tend to increase in Hunan.The means of offense is cruel,with odious nature and female_like features.The reasons for this crime are so varied and complicated that many factors are mixed together,such as complex motives,couple's bad affection,family economic disputes,life odds and love affairs,etc.Female offense causes serious damage to the society,and uncurable spiritual trauma to draw high attention of the whole society.
