Modification of Procuratorate Organization Law and Improvement of Prosecutorial Functions

In the process of the modification of procuratorate organization law, the range of the prosecutorial functions of civil administration is an urgent issue to be explored. From the function orientation of procuratorate organization law and the expansion of prosecutorial functions, with a focus on the contents adjustment of civil and administrative prosecution, the authors analyze the principles which should be highlighted in the modification of procuratorate organization law, and point out that the supervision on civil administrative prosecution and part of the administrative enforcement action should be mainly reflected in the process of modifying procuratorate organization law.
