| 摘 要： | 新加坡的人权保障法律制度建设具有世界先进水平,尤其是劳动者人权保障法律制度建设比较引人注目.对于正致力于中国特色的社会主义现代化建设的中国来说,二战后,新加坡人权保障法律制度建设中所体现的将本土资源与人权理念融为一体的发展经验,值得我们认真总结和借鉴.

For China in which people are committed to socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics, the development experience of the integration of local resources and human rights concept reflected in the construction of legal system of protection of human rights in Singapore after World War II is worthy of careful summary and reference. |
