毒品问题的成因及治理对策——以甘肃为例

自上世纪90年代以来,甘肃省毒品案件呈现出持续上升的态势。2000年达到顶峰,2001年以后在加大打击力度的同时,毒品案件逐年下降,但形势依然严峻,纵观毒品问题蔓延和发展的过程不外乎是内部因素和外部因素共同作用的结果。研究新形势下甘肃省毒品问题形成的原因,探索治理对策对于解决该地区乃至全国的毒品问题都有着十分重要的意义。

On Causes and Strategies of Drug Problems——A Case Study of Gansu Province

Since 1990s',the drug-related cases in Gansu province keep rising,it reached its summit in 2000,after 2001,by strengthening the force on cracking down upon the crime,the cases decrease annually,however,the situation is still severe.When we look at the process of drug-related problems' spread and evolvement,there is no doubt that it results from the interaction of interior and exterior factors.It's a very significant project to study on the causes of Gansu provincial drug problems,moreover,to explore the strategies,for the sake of dealing with the local drug problems or nationwide drug problems.
