公安民警在职教育培训动力机制研究

通过对公安民警在职教育培训动力机制的调查分析,在职民警参训缺乏内部动力的原因在于培训激励机制不完善、教育培训的内容、形式和手段和教官的教学水平不适应新形势下公安工作的需要、培训经费严重不足等。因此,要加强政策法规建设和教育培训宣传、坚持培训与任用相结合、建立培训自主选择机制、提高在职教育培训的师资水平、增加经费投入等手段,增强在职民警教育培训内外部动力。

The author was talking about the present situation of education or training about the duty police, analyzing the power system of education or training about the duty police. At last, the author was pointing out the measures which raise the power system of education or training about the duty police. Namely, strengthen the policy or laws and regulations building, perfect the encourage system of the training, building up the oneself elect system of the training and so on.
