电子商务在外贸活动中的作用及推广策略

摘    要:电子商务在外贸活动中具有降低交易成本、提高企业运作效率、增加对外贸易机会等作用。在我国,影响电子商务推广的因素主要有企业信息化基础薄弱、信息安全性缺乏有序的管理办法、信息标准化建设不够规范和扎实,以及一系列相关的法律问题。因此,电子商务的推广,离不开政府的推动和各部门的协调,在给予优惠政策的同时,应尽快建立相关的法律保障体系。此外,还应通过职业技术教育,培养电子商务专门人才。

Abstract:Electronic business can decrease trading cost, promote efficiency of enterprises, and increase more foreign trade opportunities.In our country, the elements which influence the development of electronic business are the following: poor base for informationalization in enterprises; lack of orderly management for the safety of information; deficiency of information standardization; and a series of problems related to laws. Therefore, to develop electronic business, there should be promotion from government and harmonization among different departments. When giving encouraging policies ,we should establish a relating legal protection system in the meanwhile. Further more, we should train talents by professional education.
