| 摘 要： | 近几年来,随着网络技术的发展,社会生活与网络的联系越来越紧密。与此同时,网络犯罪日益频繁,犯罪形式不断升级,传统犯罪也在网络上出现了新的犯罪形式。面对网络犯罪的高增长和蔓延趋势,加强对网络犯罪的研究,不断强化和完善各种预防和打击网络犯罪的手段,具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | With the development of Internet technology in recent years,Internet has penetrated our life.On the other hand,there is a growing crime rate of and constantly upgrading crime forms,hence a increasingly perniciousness to the society.Traditional crimes take on new forms with the development of Internet.Facing the highly increasing rate of Internet crimes,it is great significant to study the Internet crimes and enhance the preventive countermeasure. |
