建构中国特色廉政建设指标体系的思考

建构中国特色廉政建设指标体系是当前我国廉政建设亟待解决的重大课题。其现实意义在于可促使廉政建设理论创新走向新高度、廉政建设机制创新转向开放型、廉政建设实践创新迈向新领域;建构中国特色廉政建设指标体系必须遵循群众至上等九条基本原则,其大体框架包含群众对反腐倡廉满意度指标等九个方面;必须着重解决如何确立科学评价标准、建立常效管理机制、自觉把握群众至上的评判标准等难点问题。
