对马克思主义管理二重性理论的再认识

马克思主义管理二重性理论,是建立社会主义市场经济体制下有中国特色企业管理的理论基础。但我国管理学界一般把管理二重性概括为自然属性和社会属性,并且把自己属性等同于共性、一般性,是我们可以向西方企业管理学习和借鉴的部分;把社会属性等同于管理的特殊性或阶级性,是我们应批判和抛弃的。其实,马克思管理二重性是指“管理的一般职能”同“资本的特殊职能”取得的“特殊性质”之间的关系,是共性与个性的关系。管理的共性不仅局限于自然属性,管理的社会属性中也包含着共性,这正是我们应该向西方企业管理学习和借鉴的方面。

Recognition on the dual character theory of the Marxism management

The dual character theory of the Marxism management is the theoretical basis to establish the business management with China characteristics under the socialist market economic system. But in the circles of the management science in China, in general, summarizing up the dual character of the management as the natural property and the social property, besides, put its own properties equal to the generality and generality, it is the section in which we can learn from the Western business management and can draw on the experience of the Western business management; if putting the social properties equal to the particularity and class character of the management, it is what we should criticize and throw away. As a matter of fact, the dual character of the Marxism management implies the relation between the general function of management and the' special nature from the special function of the capital , it is the relation between the generality and the individuality. The generality of the management is not only limited to the natural properties, the generality is also involved in the social properties of the management, this is just the aspect where we should learn from the Western management science and draw on the experiences of the Western management science.
