| Abstract: | Strongest and the weakest of leaders execute power determines the results of development. In reality leaders execute power exists in varying degrees absence and weakening, it seriously handicapped economic and social development, restrict carrying out the scientific concept of development, influence prestige of the party among the masses. We should clarify restricting factors of leaders execute power, building and promoting leaders execute power actively, advancing the scientific concept of development. |
