| 摘 要： | WTO反补贴相关判例规则,要求国有企业私有化必须是通过"公平交易和支付公正的市场价值"的方法来完成.我国的国有资产流失,为国外采取反补贴措施埋下了伏笔.2007年3月,我国<物权法>草案审议通过,确立了保护我国国有资产原则.制定相关细则,对保护国有资产及有效应对国外滥用反补贴具有重大意义.

| Abstract: | The rules of WTO countervailing require the state-owned enterprises' privatization most be completed by fair trade and fair payment of marker value.The losses of our state-owned assets stimulate the countervailing measures by foreign countries.In March 2007,the draft of Property Right Law material resources stated the protection principles of state-owned assets,which is of great importance of protect state-owned assets and react effectively to the countervailing measures by foreign countries. |
