| Abstract: | To socialize logistics of the institution of higher learning in poverty-striken areas,we must first innovate in concepts.Having studied multielemental investments and ways of decomposition of state-owned assets theoretically,the article gives a practical mode for socialization reform of logistics.That is to set up a logistics corporate body with the state- owned economy playing a dominant role and other economic sectors existing side by side. |
