| Abstract: | Taking network as the carrier of culture spread,the influence of it on youth spirit civilization can not be neglected.Network civilization construction is the important content in enhancing the social construction of ideological infrastructure,we should create civilization network environment and form the healthy network civilization according to the request of building up the socialist concept of honor and disgrace. |
