| 摘 要： | “以德治国”是以江泽民同志为核心的党的第三代领导集体在我国社会经济步入新的发展时期所提出的重要治国方略 ,对犯罪的防治具有重大的指导意义。中国传统的“德治”认为道德对犯罪防治的影响具有积极和消极两方面。比较犯罪防治的“德治”与“法治”。探讨如何在犯罪防治中充分体现德治。
