摘    要:劳务派遣工已占职工队伍15%,并且还在快速增长,他们已成为我国职工队伍的组成部分,其合法权益被侵害问题,已日渐凸显,局部甚至构成劳动关系不和谐的主要因素。因此,应按《劳动合同法》的有关规定,着力维护其合法权益。

Abstract:The appointed workers for service were 15 percent of the staff team,and the number was rapidly increasing.They had become a part of our national staff team.However,their legal rights were often offended.Even in some areas it was the main reason for which it made the relationship unharmonious.Therefore,we should protect their legal rights by labor contract law.
