| 摘 要： | 社会实践越来越证明现代组织，个人的工作绩效不仅取决于其专业能力的高低，更重要的是取决于其心理素质的优劣，各级公务员必须自觉培养健康的心理意识，正确认识自我，调整自我期望，实现自我超越，提高情商水平，调知不良情绪，保持良好心境，提升人际交往能力，提高承挫和适应环境的能力，不断提升自我心理调试能力，完善自己的个性，提高行政绩政，树立良好的政府形象，推动我国社会和谐发展。
