新时期中国农村教育救助的思路与对策

能力的匮乏是导致现代农村贫穷落后的根源。加大农村教育救助的投入是政府义不容辞的义务,同时教育救助必须促进救助对象自立能力的提升,培养农民具有现代化的公民素质。改革教育救助体制,加大教育投入,建立权力分工和制衡的教育救助机制。既要根据实际不断改进教育救助的内容,同时又要解决农村教育工作者的生存和发展所遇难题,群策群力,为社会主义新农村建设提供精神动力和智力支持。

The lack of capacity is the root cause leading to rural poverty and backwardness m moaern time. Increasing the relief investment in rural education is the bounden duty of the Chinese government.
