| 摘 要： | 本文从明确消灭时效客体的含义和要件着手,对权利体系进行了考察。考察的结果表明,请求权中的契约债权、返还原物请求权、侵权损害赔偿请求权、不当得利请求权和无因管理请求权符合消灭时效客体的全部要件,应为消灭时效的客体;而其他权利由于不能充分全部要件,所以不应成为消灭时效客体。

| Abstract: | Based on the definition and necessary conditions of Objects of Limitation, the paper reviews kinds of rights. As a result, we can find that such claims as contract, restitution, damages, undue enrichment and quasi contract qualify all the four requirements, which makes them Objects of Limitation, while others can't qualify all the requirements and shouldn't be Objects of Limitation. |
