两岸交往引发的社会治安问题探讨

海峡两岸交往既促进了两岸的经济发展 ,又不可避免地引发了一些社会治安问题。主要表现在 :台湾的不法商人与内地蛇头相互勾结进行偷私渡活动 ,黄赌毒等灰色行业不断向大陆渗透 ,两岸通婚引发的社会治安问题日益增多 ,绑架、勒索、贩卖枪支等暴力犯罪问题日趋严重 ,涉台经济违法犯罪活动呈上升趋势。台湾当局应当尽快摒弃“台独”主张 ,与大陆就影响两岸社会治安的一系列问题进行协商 ,谋求实现两岸社会治安良性发展的长效管理机制 ,是解决这一问题的根本措施。

Inquiring into the Social Public Security Problems after the Communication of the Mainland and Taiwan

The communication between the Mainland and Taiwan has boosted the economic development of "Both Coasts" on one side, but it unavoidably led to some social public security problems on the other side. They mainly reveal in these aspects: 1.the illegal businessmen of Taiwan collude with the Head Snakes in the Mainland to carry out activities of illegal immigration; 2. the "Grey" professions of selling sex, gambles and drug etc. in Taiwan, have gradually penetrated into the Mainland; 3.the social public security problems caused by the marriages between "Both Coasts" are increasing day by day; 4. the violent crimes of kidnapping, blackmails and smuggling guns, etc. are more and more serious; 5. the law-breaking economic activities concerning with Taiwan trend to be rising. Taiwan government authorities should give up the "View of Independence" as soon as possible, and negotiate with the Mainland authorities about the series of issues that influence the social public security on both sides. The basic measure to solve this problem is to try to realize the long efficient management organism for the positive development of the mutual societies.
