| 摘 要： | 我国市场经济的推行和发展以及政府职能的转变,使得非政府组织得以大量发展。一方面,非政府组织的发展能够从多方面直接或间接促进我国的经济发展和社会整合,促进社会稳定;但另一方面,非政府组织的发展在某些方面必然对社会稳定构成直接或间接的负面影响。因此,我们应加强对非政府组织的规划和管理。

| Abstract: | The push and development of market economy and transformation led to the non - government organizations e-merging largely. On the one hand, the development of non- government organizations can facilitate the economic development and social conformity in various ways directly and indirectly. On the other hand, the development of non - government organizations will necessarily bring negative infection on the social stabilization in some aspects. Accordingly, we must strengthen the programming and managing of the non - government organizations. |
