On the Writing of Thesis of Law

The standards of a good thesis should be: better choice of theme,the accordance of form;specific and accurate standpoint,the novelty and elaboration of materials;the preciseness of logic structure;the persuasion of conclusion;the fluency of style of writing and high level of language.Thesis of strict thinking is the expected fantasy of normative thesis.A good normative thesis should be understandable and persuasive,and these two features are complementary to each other.
