| 摘 要： | 刑警语言是侦查人员用以与犯罪嫌疑人及其他人员交往、传递信息、交流思想并受刑侦工作制约的专门语言。重视对刑警访谈能力和讯问艺术的训练，强化刑警语言交际能力的培养，是提高刑警执法水平和办案技能的当务之急，是新时期刑警专业素质建设的重要课题，是提升刑警队伍侦查破案水平和战斗力的必然要求，是解决“说不过，追不上，打不赢”问题的迫切需要。

| Abstract: | The language of criminal police is a specialized language which is used by investigators communicating with suspects and other people, delivering information and exchanging ideas, and is limited by criminal investigation. To attach importance to training criminal police＇s ability of interview and art of interrogation as well as enhancing the cultivation of criminal police＇s linguistic communication is the urgent affair of developing criminal police＇s law- enforcement level and skills of solving a case, an important subject of developing criminal police＇s professional quality in the new age, the requirement of promoting criminal police force＇s battle effectiveness and the cry for solving the problem of ＂cannot persuade, chase up or beat the suspect＂. |
