| 摘 要： | 金融犯罪作为一类危害非常严重的犯罪,是经济案件的一种特殊类型,具有不同于普通经济案件的特点,也有特殊的侦查与防范措施。本文从侦查的角度分析了这些案件的特点并提出了一些侦查与防范对策,希望对实践有所帮助。
