对警务公开工作规范化的思考

当前,警务公开在工作中存在一些问题一是对警务公开的重要性和必要性认识不足;二是警务公开还停留在表面上、形式上;三是监督不力;四是宣传不够,群众了解不多;五是公安队伍的整体素质有待提高;六是当前的工作模式、勤务方式不适应警务公开后的执法执勤环境.警务公开要遵循走群众路线、循序渐进、依法公开、因警制宜的原则,并处理好"六大关系".

Reflections on the Working Normalization of Policing Openness

There exist some problems in the practice of present policing openness: Firstly, the recognition of the importance and necessity of policing openness is insufficient; Secondly, policing openness still remains superficial and nominal; Thirdly, the supervision is not effective; Fourthly, the propagation is not enough and the masses know little about it; Fifthly, there is a long way to go to improve the whole quality of public security tank; Sixthly, the present working model and service mode don' t adapt to the law enforcement duty environment after the practice of policing openness begins. Policing openness is required ;o conform with the principle to follow the mass line, proceed in an orderly way and step by step, open according to law, take measures suited to policing, and properly deal with "six important relations".
