大学生健全人格培育的文化路径分析

衡量一个人成才与否的标准在于其人格发展是否健全,衡量高等教育成功与否的关键在于为社会培育怎样的人才。在这个意义上,大学生人格健全与否关系到我国高等教育的大局。基于文化与人的相互改造,文化产生内生力作用于人的社会心理等逻辑分析,培育当代大学生的健全人格,要坚持塑造大学生所处外部文化环境和所处大学文化氛围并行的路径。

On Cultural Path Analysis of Cultivating Healthy Personality for Undergraduates

The measure standard of a person＇s talent lies in the healthiness of personality development,the key of measuring the success of higher education lies in how to nurture talent for society.In this sense,the personality healthiness of undergraduates is related to the overall situation of higher education.Based on the mutual transformation of culture and people and logic analysis on the function of endogenous culture force on people＇s social psychology,we should cultivate healthy personality among undergraduates,and persist in the way of parallel shaping in external culture environment and internal cultural atmosphere.
