| 摘 要： | 在推进政府管理信息化的过程中 ,我们必须从政府管理的客观环境与条件出发 ,认真研究信息化的发展模式与规律 ,避免一哄而起 ,只追求表面的“信息化” ,而忽略行政管理活动的创新与发展。为此 ,国家既要对政府管理信息化工程加以重视和引导 ,实行统筹规划、宏观控制 ,又要对政府管理信息化的实施研究一些对策 ,出台一些措施 ,以促进政府管理信息化健康发展

| Abstract: | In the course of the government management informative process ,we must study the pattern and law of the development of informative process,care for condition and the objective environment of government management,avoid pursuing the surface of informative process, neglect the innovation of administration.Therefore,government will guide for informative project,carries out overall program and macro-control, study some countermeasures for the enforcement of informative process. |
