| 摘 要： | 诉权是法律赋予当事人进行诉讼的基本权能。诉权对审判权的监督是诉权的一种基本职能,它弥补了我国法律监督的不足。诉权对审判权的监督主要通过诉讼权的具体行使来实现。

The supervision to jurisdiction is realized through the concrete enforcement of the lawsuit right mainly. |
