| 摘 要： | 高等教育长期存在的一个弊病就是学生有比较扎实的基础知识和基本技能,但缺乏创新意识和创造能力。我们的公安教育要突破对学生创造力发展的阻碍,在培养学生的创造性方面发挥应有的作用,就必须对现行的学校教育进行改革。培养学生的创造力难点何在?本文对此从几个方面进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The disadvantage for the higher education over a long period of time is that students possess comparatively more rudimentary knowledge and fundamental skills but lack the innovation and the creativity. Our police education will make a breakthrough the hindrance to the student's creative power development which needs a through reform of college education. This article will probe into it and discuss it. |
