当代云南边疆民族地区毒品犯罪发展轨迹研究

自改革开放以来，随着境外“金三角”毒品的生产和渗透呈不断上升趋势，使云南早已禁绝的毒品祸患死灰复燃，愈演愈烈，成为当前云南最突出的社会问题。30年来云南毒品犯罪大致先后经历了三个阶段和三次毒潮，所涉毒品种类、数量及境外毒源形势的不断变化而具有各自不同的特点：上世纪80年代传统毒品鸦片时期、90年代精制毒品海洛因时期和21世纪初期新型毒品冰毒时期。分析研究云南三十多年的毒品发展轨迹，有助于对未来十年云南毒品犯罪趋势作出预测。

On Development Tendency of Drug Crime in Yunnan Border Area Inhabited by Ethnic Groups

Ever since the Reform and Open Policy, drug problems have plagued Yunnan province again because of the deteriorating situation of drug production and distribution in the Golden Triangle. According to the drug varieties, amounts and oversea sources, drug crimes in Yunnan with 3 decades can be divided into 3 periods： traditional opiate drug period of the 1980s; heroin and other synthetic drugs of the 1990s; and newtype drugs period of the 21st century. By tracing and analyzing drug problem＇s development within the 3 decades, tendency of drug crimes in Yunnan could be predicted.
